Most of  Violectra are made of  carefully selected figured European maple body and necks, that has been kiln dried and stored before use.

The fingerboards are made of finest grade ebony . South American cedar or selected poplar has been substituted for woods in 7 string models for its light weight and stable properties. Occaisionally, American quilted maple has been used with a natural wood finish and multi layered neck laminations.
